USING A CREDIT CARD: FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE your credit card will be rebilled when your membership is expiring. You will receive a receipt via E-mail each time, so it is very important you provide the correct E-mail address when you sign up. You receipt will indicate when your card will be rebilled. CANCELLATION: If you do not wish to be rebilled, you must notify us via E-mail to CANCEL, before your membership is up. To cancel, send E-mail to: Customer Service . We will respond to all cancellation requests via E-mail. REBILLING DISPUTES: If you were rebilled and did not wish to be, CONTACT US, not your bank, and we will take care of it. REACH US BY PHONE: 941-552-6717 during business hours USA Eastern Time. Credit Card Verification: Our credit
card database uses address verification to prevent fraud. If you
do not enter the correct address -- as it appears on your credit
card statement -- you will be declined. Also, credit card users
will be asked for the 3-digit number on the rear of the card, it
appears in the Signature space (see below.)
YOUR USER NAME & PASSWORD! If you make a mistake in the signup process, then write to Member Services for help. Our Member Service representative will need the Invoice# or PIN# you got when you signed up, and your choice of 6-8 digit User Name and 6-8 digit Password (they cannot be the same.) Alternatively, you may call our office during regular East Coast business hours, 9am-5pm ET, toll-free at: 941-552-6456.. Please
have your credit card with you when you sign up. You will be asked
for the 3-digit CVV2 Code on the back of your card for verification!

After you have joined, please wait for about 2 minutes before you click on the "Movie Streaming" link that is on the members homepage. It will take about that long to record your UN and PW for that page. |
